Custom Order Agreement

CUSTOM ORDER AGREEMENT

1. BY AND BETWEEN
This agreement is made between Nahrin Couture (“the Designer”) and the customer (“the Client”) purchasing from this website.

2. CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom-made gowns are created based on the Client’s selected size and submitted measurements. Each piece is individually handcrafted and tailored specifically for the Client.

3. MEASUREMENTS
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements. All 15 required measurements must be followed carefully according to the measurement guide provided on the website.
Nahrin Couture is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate measurements submitted by the Client.

4. FINAL SALE POLICY
All custom-made orders are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of each garment, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

5. DESIGN POLICY
Nahrin Couture does not copy, replicate, or recreate other designers’ work. All custom orders are accepted and completed strictly within the brand’s own design aesthetic and creative direction.

6. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nahrin Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond the Designer’s control.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
By placing an order, the Client confirms that all provided information, including measurements and design selections, is accurate and final. The Client agrees to review all details carefully before completing the purchase.

8. CONTACT

9. CLIENT APPROVAL

Before production begins, the Client must review and approve all final design details, including measurements, materials, and overall design direction. Once approval is given, no changes can be made. Nahrin Couture is not responsible for any issues resulting from approved designs. 

By placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement and all shop policies.
